Sharpen your desire for nature in Laguiole at Relais et Châteaux Le Suquet
A luxury stay in Aubrac, in one of the most beautiful hotels in the heart of nature
Let yourself be enchanted by the Hotel Le Suquet, an exceptional refuge on the Aubrac plateau. Blending grandiose natural beauty with contemporary architecture, this Relais & Châteaux hotel celebrates light, minerals and plants. With its breathtaking views and the inventive cuisine of chef Sébastien Bras, every stay becomes a true sensory immersion.

Famous for its cutlery, Laguiole is also famous for one of its hotels offering a breathtaking view of the Aubrac plateau: the Relais & Châteaux Le Suquet. The thirteen rooms and suites of this contemporary design hotel enjoy this panorama through immense bay windows, within a four-star establishment paying homage to the universal triptych of light, mineral and vegetation. Designed in 1992 by Ginette and Michel Bras, in collaboration with architects Éric Raffy and Philippe Villeroux, the building uses granite and slate, two materials that evoke the traditional burons of the region.
This celebration of the latter can also be savored in the kitchen of the restaurant "Le Bras," where chef Sébastien Bras serves up dishes that celebrate the local terroir with a creativity as wild as the nature that surrounds him. Aubrac beef meets the chef's harvest, proving, through food and drink, that he masters the plate like a maestro.
