In this artisanal workshop-boutique in the heart of the Marais district, ice creams with an Oriental flavour take us on a gourmet journey.
Made with ultra-sourced organic ingredients, Bältis ice creams and sorbets come in a range of intoxicating flavors. We love the intense orange blossom sorbet, the rose ice cream that transports us to the heart of an oriental garden, and the gourmet halawa ice cream made with white sesame paste and pistachios.
We love: the house ice cream bites, a kind of little bird's nest filled with ice cream, melting and crunchy, so cute, so good.
