Paris : Restaurant Dar Mima, a taste of the Orient
A new address from Paris Society, which has teamed up with Jamel Debbouze for this mouth-watering project, Dar Mima writes a wildly gourmet oriental score.
Perched atop the Institut du Monde Arabe, this hot spot boasts a glam'chic decor designed by Laura Gonzalez. On the plates, Jamel's mother Fatima shared her recipes to write the menu for his restaurant gift: her lamb, chicken and merguez couscous is a real treat! As a bonus, a jewel of a terrace designed as a Mediterranean garden overlooking the city. And in the evenings, the atmosphere is electrified by live music that brings percussion and guitar to the room, which goes wild.
