Paris right bank: Rifai, the temple of dried fruit

A veritable institution, this company, which was founded in 1948 and already has some fifty stores in Lebanon, has opened its first Parisian address in the chic 16th arrondissement to offer a taste of its divine dried fruits.

Roasted, raw, spiced, salted or sweetened, they are offered here in all their versions and in all their nobility.

Not to be missed: the absolutely crazy Beurres Minute! Like dried fruit pastes, these butters are prepared on the premises. Pistachio, cashew, almond or peanut-based, these creamy little bombs are a delight to eat.

Rifai,
109, avenue Victor Hugo,
Paris 16th district.
Open Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
