At the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg, the Maison Blossom terrace blossoms again in the heart of Paris
An oasis near Place de la Concorde in Paris
Spring invites you to try out the beautiful Parisian terraces, some of which are discreet and almost hidden, offering a gourmet and soothing interlude in the heart of the capital. The Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg hotel, in its Maison Blossom restaurant, has just unveiled its new menu and terrace, embellished with bright new furniture and beds of dazzling white hydrangeas, in a green cocoon on rue Boissy d'Anglas, far from the noise of construction work. An address to discover at lunchtime or in the evening, sipping a house cocktail created with L'Alchimiste.

Nestled on the elegant Rue Boissy d'Anglas between Faubourg Saint Honoré and Place de la Concorde, the new Maison Blossom restaurant and its patio at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg are well worth a visit. Once through the carriage entrance, the hidden terrace and urban garden, with their bright and warm atmosphere that defines the restaurant's new identity, offer a delightful Parisian cocoon.
While enjoying a signature cocktail created by Matthias Giroud, star mixologist and co-founder of the L'Alchimiste group, we take our order from the new menu concocted by chef Anaïs Foray, who has created dishes to share and generous traditional dishes, emphasizing the conviviality of the table and French-style gourmet cuisine, offering a timeless menu and a choice of one dish per day from the weekly menu, created for the season.
"Our menu celebrates the classics, combining simplicity and tradition. Carefully selected ingredients, timeless French cuisine, and dishes that are interpreted with precision, where each plate tells a story of sharing and generosity," explains the chef.
The homemade tarama accompanies delicious marinated peppers, the turbot is roasted and served with leeks and kohlrabi with dill, and the daily special is a delicious, light cod brandade accompanied by a crisp fennel salad for freshness. The dark chocolate soufflé with Madagascan vanilla ice cream is best enjoyed as a couple, chosen from the selection created by pastry chef Shereen Khelif, who has created a beautiful couture egg for Easter Sunday, reminding us that elegance is very Parisian.
