go to the Mob Hotel and Mob House, during the Fête des Puces de Saint Ouen
Some hoteliers like to say that they don't do things like everyone else. It's clear that Cyril Aouizerate takes his commitments very seriously. A 2.0 hotelier, he envisions his establishments as places to live and meet people, like his Mob House, a hotel where guests can relax, unwind, or work. And what could be better than a 20-meter outdoor pool surrounded by green trees for a well-deserved break? Designed as a miniature village, it takes just three minutes to walk to the Mob Hotel, the other establishment, to enjoya garden, a vegetable patch, and even a chicken coop. The icing on the cake is that the establishment also has a restaurant-bar with certified organic cuisine. And soon, the Fête des Puces flea market will provide an opportunity to visit Saint Ouen and stroll among 150 antique dealers, or visit the Dauphine market to discover the "Futuro Show – L'Art de l'Entertainment" and the Paul Bert Serpette market, which is giving Uchronia carte blanche . Until September 29, 2025.

Eldorado and its giant palm tree
It looks like the South... is it because of the giant palm tree that stands proudly in the garden, or because its name evokes imaginary, faraway lands? In any case, the Hotel Eldorado lives up to its name. Hydrangeas, bellflowers, camellias and rosebushes become our traveling companions during a meal in the middle of nature in the 17th arrondissement. The new menu, which also plays on diversity, doesn't hesitate to revisit French classics, including snails served here brioche-crusted with their young shoots. And if it's hard to leave such a charming place, you should know that the establishment has just inaugurated four new rooms in the pavilion located in the garden, so you can also enjoy the morning dew.

La Fantaisie, tea time among lavender, laurel and wild herbs
Eden, je m'appelle Eden... Since we can indulge every whim, let's get to it! Located on rue Cadet, which owes its name to the master gardener brothers who supplied the royal court with fruit and vegetables in the 16th century, the Hôtel la Fantaisie boasts an open-air garden at its heart. Lavender, laurel and wild herbs immerse tea time in a bucolic setting. Andinterior designer Martin Brudnizki won't disagree: he drew his inspiration from nature to decorate the hotel's 63 rooms, playing on shades of soft green and sunny yellow. And if you're looking for a bit of height, La Fantaisie's rooftop is transformed into a magical forest, overlooked by a tree-lined bar featuring signature cocktails as whimsical as they are elegant.

Le domaine de la reine Margot, a gigantic garden with 200 fruit species in Issy les Moulineaux, France
It's never too late to perfect your historical knowledge. A life-size lesson to be discovered at the Domaine de la Reine Margot, a refuge dating back to 1606 and belonging, at the time, to Queen Marguerite de Valois. Successively home to Sulpician philosophers, then a retreat house for priests, the estate just outside Paris has now been transformed into a five-star, 83-room hotel of contemporary charm and XXL proportions. With a total surface area of almost 9,000m2, the gigantic garden is home to almost a hundred trees and over 200 fruit species. A bucolic escapade in which it's not unusual to come across lime trees, beeches and hundred-year-old oaks, while strolling through the orchards for a walk with royal accents.

The Hôtel Particulier in Montmartre, as in the Belle Époque, with its tree-lined courtyard
An air of countryside in Paris: that's the promise when you discover the 900m2 garden of Hôtel Particulier, a confidential 5-key establishment in the heart of Montmartre. Designed by Louis Benech, the star landscape architect responsible for the renovation of the Tuileries Gardens in 1990, L'Hôtel Particulier is a forerunner among Parisian establishments of this style. In the evening, head for the glass roof of the Le Très Particulier bar, from 6pm, home to a multitude of tropical species, the ideal place to sip tea or one of the house cocktails, while imagining yourself in a faraway land or back in time. The journey continues with music, as the hotel pays tribute to Charles Aznavour in May, decorating one of its suites with the artist's iconic objects. What could be more natural for the man who wanted to be taken to Wonderland?
