La Tribu Terlia Hospitality: tailor-made hotel management in Paris
Specializing in hotel management, Terlia Hospitality supports independent investors and owners in their projects, from acquisition to operation. The result is a portfolio of unique addresses and a commitment to creating living spaces designed for new ways of traveling and getting together.

Sometimes, you have to be willing to moult before you reach maturity. Terlia Hospitality, which has lived a thousand lives since it was founded, has understood this.
Its roots go back to Regetel Hotel Management, a management company which, for thirty years, supported independent owners of Parisian boutique hotels in the management of their establishments. This operational and strategic support is now provided by Terlia Hospitality, created in 2019 following the acquisition of Regetel by the Galia and Terrot groups.
The ambition of this new entity?
To open up its address book to hybrid establishments, ranging from youth hostels to office and co-living spaces, while establishing itself in trendy neighborhoodssuch as Batignolles in the 17th arrondissement, or known for their trademark chic, like the Paris Golden Triangle.
Valeriya Savchuk, Director of Terlia Hospitality, is always ready to take on any challenge.
Tribe attributes
Valeriya Savchuk took over as head of the company in 2019, having cut her teeth at the Experimental group, where she oversaw the opening of new establishments while also managing them. Today, under the Terlia umbrella, she manages six establishments, as well as a seventh, L'Archereau, which will open in 2026 in eastern Paris, close to the Canal de l'Ourcq. This former five-story parking garage, converted into a 99-room hotel, reflects the brand's ambition: "Our philosophy is really to adapt to each location, without thinking in terms of a group or brand," says Valeriya Savchuk. "Each project is unique and requires different skills and approaches. That's really how we approach each of our hotels. We always put service and people first. That's the essence of our business, which is both its difficulty and its beauty. The challenge is to harmonize the project with the people who bring it to life." Whether they are charming three-star, intimate four-star, or hybrid five-star establishments, all of these hotels deserve the same high standards, in the eyes of their director: "We work closely with the managers of each space when it comes to approaching a location and thinking about service. We ask ourselves the right questions: what story do we want to tell here? And how can we implement it in concrete terms? The approach to each location remains deeply human and personalized."
Who's it for? For those who don't like monotony but are looking for addresses that are welcoming, elegant and contemporary.
