Sensual Paris reinvented at Hôtel Boudoir des Muses
The perfect place for a romantic weekend
« Fermé pour cause d’exhibitions et de mœurs légères » : Napoléon est loin de se douter, lorsqu’il ordonne en 1807 la cessation d’activité d’un théâtre aussi sulfureux que décadent, qu’il allait inspirer la création d’un luxueux hôtel quatre étoiles.

Reconverted into a new temple of hedonism, Le boudoir des muses is equipped with 28 keys and doesn't hesitate to play the contemporary chic boudoir card. Velvet curtains and a pole dance bar transform the hotel into a new scene, as sensual as it is uninhibited. Maud'amour, a performer spotted at Madame Arthur's cabaret, bewitches the guests every Wednesday and Thursday evening with a carnal show...
What's most impressive about this new hotel from the ELEGANCIA group is the twelve-meter-high glass dome, offering a depth of field over the 4 floors, and the octagonal layout of the rooms. The rooms on the top floor, nestling under a two-hundred-year-old wooden framework (dare we say exposed beam?), are decorated with care, alternating notes of dark gray, wood and passion red.
On the restaurant side, one of the cocktails bears the sweet name of Forbidden fruit, although we dare you to resist it, as does the mouth-watering menu of (luxury) tapas to be sampled, in which burnt avocado pairs wonderfully with sautéed prawns, zucchini and ricotta cream on a marinated garlic gel base. A most delicious marriage for a hotel that invites even the most adventurous couples to add a little spice to their lives. As proof of this, two huge baths are available for booking, basement rooms with an atmosphere as caliente as their subdued lighting, ideal for getting closer (and more, if you're so inclined).
