The Rosewood Schloss Fuschl: a romantic hotel in the land of Empress Sissi
A limpid blue lake, a castle out of an imperial dream and peace and quiet as the only absolute luxury. At Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, Austria blossoms in delicacy and majesty. Nestled between forest and crystal-clear waters, Sissi's former hideaway has been reborn as a contemporary palace,

Falling in love all over again in a castle in Austria
Who hasn't dreamed of playing the untamed empress? The Rosewood Schloss Fuschl gives us the opportunity to make our youthful dreams come true, transporting us to an idyllic setting that once appeared on screen as the castle where Sissi used to spend her summers. Transformed into a luxury hotel and inaugurated in the summer of 2024, this five-star establishment proves that you can date back to 1461 and still be as fresh as a rose. Overlooking the blue waters of Lake Fuschl, one of the clearest in Austria, we are surprised by the Olympian calm that prevails here, as all motorized activity is forbidden, preferring the gentle sounds of kayaking and paddling to the noise of engines. A setting conducive to relaxation, just like the hotel's 98 rooms, including 42 suites and 6 independent chalets, which prefer to focus on contemporary design, sober and efficient, to remind us that the real treasure lies behind the establishment's windows, which almost all overlook the lake. The immense 1,500 m² Asaya spa, with no fewer than 2 pools, 3 saunas, a steam bath and 8 treatment rooms, is also a delight to behold. A sense of grandeur is also evident in the hotel's wine cellar, which lists over 1,400 wines to be enjoyed (always in moderation) in one of the 6 restaurants of this idyllic hotel, including the Seeterrasse, which offers a selection of land and sea dishes where Alpine specialties meet a few angling treasures.
