Instant caviar: the new Prunier boutique in Paris
After 3 months of refurbishment and a complete makeover, the Prunier boutique on Place de la Madeleine has reopened its doors, still on the right bank.
In a bluish-toned decor reminiscent of the Victor Hugo restaurant's famous listed mosaic, the boutique features a masterful work of art deco by artist Floriane Lisowski. This furiously beautiful marine setting is now entirely dedicated to the sale of the company's iodized products and new ranges: Prunier caviars direct from the Manufacture Prunier in the Dordogne, Balik salmon and a selection of seafood products such as the fabulous rillettes tartinables, the art of French caviar.
Our favorite product? The limited-edition Caviar Baeri Madame, very lightly salted.
