Paradero Todos Santos: A linear hotel in the Mexican desert
Minimalist aesthetics between mountains, sea and desert
Designed by the Mexican architecture firm Yektajo Valdez Architects, the property, which opened in 2021, blends seamlessly into the picturesque desert landscape of the Baja California Sur region. That same year, it received the Versailles Special Award for Exterior Design in the Hotels category.

A minimalist aesthetic in which concrete forms a heartbeat, in a breathtaking setting. The 41 suites, all with private terraces, offer a bird's-eye view of the agave fields and mountains surrounding this five-star hotel. Proof that we don't always have to choose between the sea and the mountains, the Paradero Todos Santos is just a stone's throw from the Pacific Ocean, from where it's possible to encounter the most impressive of marine mammals. Between November and March, the resort offers cruises aboard its Ocean Safari to observe the region's emblematic gray whales, as well as humpback whales during their migration. Manta rays and sea lions are also on the cast of this incredible epic, so all that's left to do is set sail.
