It's hard to believe your eyes when you step into the magnificent marble and columned lobby. The neoclassical style of the hotel's 232 positively luxurious rooms blends perfectly with this incredible setting, some of which boast a view of the splendid Diocletian Baths. We love admiring them from the hotel's rooftop, which houses an outdoor swimming pool as well as a bar and restaurant bearing the SEEN by Olivier signature, by Portuguese chef Olivier da Costa. His menu features Mediterranean influences, and his carpaccio comes in both beef and vegetable versions, when he combines beet with tangy feta, a few capers and macadamia nuts. A gustatory and visual voyage that's sure to make you want to stop off again.
