The Mediterranean in Paris' Golden Triangle
At the end of July, a Mediterranean breeze will blow through the capital's 8th arrondissement with the opening of Suelo, a Spanish restaurant in Paris that promises to transport visitors straight to the heart of Spain.

The open kitchen features a counter with typical Spanish products and a stall dedicated to fishing, a new concept led by passionate chefs, showcasing products from the Iberian Peninsula.
Diners can expect to enjoy authentic dishes, carefully presented in Ginori porcelain and Gien earthenware. Luxurious ingredients such as red tuna and Wagyu beef enhance the specialties.
The interior of this Spanish restaurant in Paris, designed by the country's famous designer Lázaro Rosa Violan, evokes Moorish architecture, embellished with the colors of the South and works of art with XXL murals by Chloé Costes and another in plaster, inspired by Gaudi's Parc Güell by Tollis Studio.
Much more than just a restaurant, Suelo is the brainchild of Suelo co-founder Vincent Biessy, aka DJ Magnum. Known for his collaborations with artists such as Pharrell Williams, Rihanna and Beyoncé, the nightlife specialist brings his sunny, festive touch to this brand-new project
The central bar and a secret bar beneath the restaurant welcome night owls from Wednesday to Saturday, promising to be the capital's new social gathering and to offer parties like in Spain.
