Weekend in Rome, Hotel Palazzo Talia puts on a show
A member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the Palazzo Talìa occupies a XVIe century building that once housed the Collegio Nazareno.

A masterly ode to cinema
Fellini, Visconti or Pasolini. These legendary names will live forever in the collective memory of the seventh art. And while the glory days of Cinecittà may be behind us, Italian cinema is far from having said its last word, as evidenced by the recent successes of Nanni Moretti, Paolo Sorrentino and Luca Guadagnino. With his passion for design and architecture, Guadagnino has realized one of his dreams by opening the brand-new Palazzo Talìa hotel, founded by his own architecture studio. It houses 25 rooms of rare elegance, reinventing four-poster beds and wall sconces signed by the Micheluzzi sisters, worthy representatives of the new generation of Venetian glassmakers. An ideal place to spend a romantic weekend. The director surrounded himself with a 5-star cast to design this charming boutique hotel, including Laura Feroldi, founder of Laura Feroldi Studio in Milan, and Marianna Lubrano Lavadera.
