The chef's table is set in the heart of an elegant garden surrounded by trees and water lilies, where he cooks a meal in the purest Roman tradition especially for the occasion. This tradition continues with designer Delfina Delettrez Fendi, who unveils Cone 925 at the Stravinsky Bar: an ice cream cone made entirely of silver, accompanied by a flavor specially created for the occasion, "Capers, Tequila, and Mint," developed by Chef Pierangelini. The rooms, lounges, and bar, decorated by Sir Rocco Forte's sister Olga Polizzi in a contemporary, elegant style, echo the many international artists who have stayed here, such as Sergei Diaghilev, Vaslav Nijinsky, Jean Cocteau, and Pablo Picasso.
