Weekend in Rome: Six Senses Rome the chic of modern classicism
Since 2023, the legendary Via del Corso has been home to a hotel of typically Roman charm and refinement: Six Senses Rome in the former 15th-century Palazzo Salviati Cesi Mellini.

Contemporary charm near the Trevi Fountain
Located in the heart of the historic center, just a stone's throw from the Pantheon and the no less mythical Trevi Fountain, the 96-key establishment has opted for a modern decor by Patricia Urquiola, who has succeeded in creating luminous, comfortable spaces that open onto terraces, adding a graphic touch to the classicism of the place. While the rooms are clad in traditional Roman Cocciopesto wallcoverings and local limestone, the furniture and lasting design objects pay homage to this glorious past in a revisited version, like the bedside tables that subtly recall the Roman columns of yesteryear. As soon as night falls, the city's rooftops are revealed in a new light from the NOTOS Rooftop on the hotel's top floor, an opportunity to sip an exceptional Spritz while admiring the church of San Marcello al Corso and the bell tower of Montecitorio.
