Once harvested, they are immediately processed and transformed in the large farm-laboratory nestled in the heart of the vineyards: a building with sleek, contemporary architecture, partially underground, dedicated to producing the estate’s olive oil and honey, as the estate is home to hundreds of olive trees and some twenty beehives.
