The estate's executive chef, Laurent Renard, and his teams exalt the flavors of natural products such as veal, lamb and, above all, fruit and vegetables from the organic kitchen garden, because here, the culinary experience begins long before you sit down to eat. It all starts at the farm, where a vast pick-your-own kitchen garden allows guests to harvest seasonal fruit and vegetables. In this unspoilt land, organic crops are favored, with total respect for nature. This generous vegetable garden also feeds the estate's various tables, three restaurants with distinct atmospheres, all inviting guests on a unique gustatory journey in a locavore approach where the circuit goes right from the vegetable garden to the plate.
La Table de la Ferme offers "rustic chic" cuisine, featuring local produce and Corsican wines in a warm and welcoming setting. A place that celebrates Corsican gastronomy. In fine weather, the Table de la Plage offers an immersion between sea and maquis, with dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavors, served under a shady pergola. For a more intimate and spectacular experience, the Table de la Grotte, nestled in a natural cavity, unveils traditional cuisine around wood-grilled lamb and Corsican specialties.
